Registration Policy


Daleville High School must have the following information before a student may register:

  1. An official withdrawal form from the last school attended
  2. Birth Certificate and when applicable Legal Guardianship Papers.
  3. An up to date Alabama Health and Immunization Record
  4. Social Security Card
  5. Two Proofs of Residency
  6. Students registering midyear will need to obtain a letter from Daleville City School’s Superintendent’s Office, 334-598-2456 and provide legal guardianship papers when applicable.

Registration Policy Disclaimer - Migrant, ESL, and Homeless students will not be required to provide this documentation
